I made these yummy desserts to bring during cny visitations over the last few days

don’t they look so pretty, red & festive? and they are sooooo easy to make, no baking, no beating or whipping involved. they’re best eaten as soon as they’re made, and I can jus spend less than an hour making them.

the only ‘cooking’ involved was plonking glutinous rice flour mixed with water in the microwave oven to cook it into a dough in 2mins flat! and the rest was jus wrapping up red bean paste ( I used ready made ones) & fresh strawberries into a ball & coating with potato flour. ;P it was alot of fun making with the kid!
